中國(guó)自動(dòng)化學(xué)會(huì)成立于1961年，是發(fā)展我國(guó)自動(dòng)化、信息與智能科技事業(yè)的重要社會(huì)力量。現(xiàn)有個(gè)人會(huì)員近5萬(wàn)名、團(tuán)體會(huì)員200余家、專業(yè)委員會(huì)68個(gè)、工作委員會(huì)12個(gè)、科普教育基地61家、學(xué)會(huì)服務(wù)站23個(gè)。榮獲中國(guó)科協(xié)黨建工作先進(jìn)學(xué)會(huì)、全國(guó)科協(xié)系統(tǒng)先進(jìn)集體、全國(guó)學(xué)會(huì)期刊出版工作優(yōu)秀單位、優(yōu)秀扶貧學(xué)會(huì)等多項(xiàng)榮譽(yù)，多次入選中國(guó)科協(xié)學(xué)會(huì)能力提升與改革工程支持學(xué)會(huì)。2021年，被民政部授予“全國(guó)先進(jìn)社會(huì)組織”稱號(hào)。
Founded in 1961, the CAA is an important social force to develop automation, information and intelligence science and technology in our country. CAA and its members inspire a scientific community to innovate for a better tomorrow through its nearly 50,000 individual members, over 200 group members, 68 technical committees, 12 working committees, 61 science popularization and education bases, and 23 service stations for the academy. The CAA has been honored as the Advanced Association for Party Construction of China Association for Science and Technology, the Advanced Collective of the China Association for Science and Technology System, the Outstanding Unit of the National Association for Journal Publishing, and the Outstanding Association for Poverty Alleviation. The CAA has been elected to the Association for Ability Improvement and Reform Project Support of China Association for Science and Technology for many times. In 2021, the CAA was awarded the title of "National Advanced Social Organization" by Ministry of Civil Affairs.
